If you are an Iqara / You Tele customer, please note that all calls made from Pune to their customer support call center are STD calls as the support number is Mumbai based. I have repeatedly compalined about this to customer support as well as the Pune office, but nothing is done in the matter.
Considering the number of times one has to call Iqara and the duration you then have to hold the phone, my customer support call bills are running into sizable amounts.
I suppose it must be a similar case for other Iqara / You Tele cities as well.
If you are an Iqara customer please check if you are paying STD charges for customer support and complain!

You telecom is worst ISP in world. Further adding to their acheivement they have started playing 2:10 minutes long announcement and you have to listen helplessly.

Very true… IQara has been really disappointing… I wish I had Airtel broadband connection in my area… One of my friends is using Airtel for past 1.5 years and the feedback is quite satisfactory…
As for IQara I have been using it for around 6 months. I have registered for unlimited 192 kbps connection and have around 16 IQara/You Tele complaints in my bag (My Acc. No. 243329 – just in case YouTele by any chance wants to confirm it)… Not to mention the node/sever problems for which they don’t lodge a complaint… They say everyones facing the same problem so we don’t lodge the complaint (ya, as if that makes a lot of sense). There is complaint (of no internet connection) that has not been rectified for as long as 4 days. I feel that I have wasted almost 1 month of payment (which is ~ 800 Rs) on this pathetic connection.

You telecom’s support is really bad. Their customer support is just to take a call and give request no but don’t do anything to resolve the issue. They took 19 days to shift my connection from one place to another place but charged me for full one month… When ask for refund.. for four months they did not responded to my request and in end they said they are not going to refund…they could have said this when I submitted request to refund…. That’s not all whenever I have some problem related with internet connection, never ever their technical support team contact me before a week (some time they never contact)… my problem is…. there is no other service provider in my area so have to leave with YOU…. 🙁

It was height when my account was suspended inspite of my paying the bills well before the due date.I reside in Pune and for every issue I need to call the Mumbai helpdesk. Just today I was conversing with one Nishant from their customer service cell and inspite of conversing for over 24 minutes, he was not able to provide a resolution. Their site does not have the correct Pune number. There are no escalation points and the people at the office are rude. Do not know how did these people managed to get the ISO 9001:2000 certificates for their so called processes. I am fed up with their misconduct and now am planning to take legal action.
